Bill, a native of San Bernardino, California, earned his
Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Stanford
University in 1962. After a very successful 20 year career
in computer sales and sales management with IBM and Xerox,
Bill formed his own company in 1982 to acquire, develop and
build commercial properties in Southern California and
Arizona. In 1986 Bill moved his company from San Diego to
the Coachella Valley. Bill and his wife, Anne Klein, a
local real estate attorney, now reside in La Quinta. Bill
brings his real estate development experience to Baxley
Properties, where he specializes in land acquisition,
assemblage, syndication and sales, as well as the sale of
commercial investment properties. |
